Elwind | Oil & Gas Feed

The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and with the Environmental Investment Centre of Estonia, submitted a project application to the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme for the ELWIND wind farm project.

The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia will take over the next stage of the development of the Elwind off shore wind farm, jointly developed by Latvia and Estonia.
