Construction commenced on Germany’s Stade LNG terminal, where Czech Republic secures long-term LNG supply

Construction of Germany's first onshore liquified natural gas (LNG) terminal has begun at Stade, close to the city of Hamburg. From 2027, it will cover more than a quarter of the Czech Republic’s annual consumption.
