Explosions ring out in Mykolaiv

Explosions rocked the southern Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv during an air raid alert.
The mayor of the city, Oleksandr Sienkevych, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Several explosions rang out in the city!" he wrote.
Early on July 28, Russian troops launched a missile strike on Mykolaiv, damaging the building of the National University of Shipbuilding, two apartment buildings and a school.
