A 41-year-old woman from Myropillya, who was injured during yesterday's Russian artillery shelling, died in a hospital in the Sumy region.

This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Sumy region, according to Ukrinform.

"On June 25, 2023, at about 5 pm. 30, the occupants, using prohibited by international law methods of warfare, from the territory of the Russian Federation carried out an artillery attack on the Miropillya community of the Sumy district. As a result of the enemy's attack, a 41-year-old resident of the village of Myropillya, who was at home, was seriously injured and hospitalized, but a few hours later she died in the hospital," the statement said.

It is noted that the debris damaged two private houses, outbuildings and a car.

As Ukrinform, Russian troops shelled Esman, Seredyna-Buda and Bilopillya communities in the Sumy region at night and in the morning, there were 49 explosions.
