Zaluzhnyi: Ukraine uses domestically produced weapons to launch strikes across Russian border

Considering the conditions placed by Western allies on the use of long-range missiles and other materiel they have provided, Ukrainian forces attack targets in Russia with the weapons made in Ukraine only.

The relevant statement was made by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi in an interview with The Washington Post, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“This is our problem, and it is up to us to decide how to kill this enemy. It is possible and necessary to kill on his territory in a war. If our partners are afraid to use their weapons, we will kill with our own. But only as much as is necessary,” Zaluzhnyi said.

In this regard, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized that launching strikes on enemy territory is necessary to save their own people.

A reminder that Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue the counteroffensive in the Melitopol and Berdiansk directions and are gaining foothold within the re-captured frontiers. Fierce battles are raging in the east.
