“Information about all meetings with Russians is fake. There have been no meetings and no meetings are planned until we develop a plan. The President clearly answered these questions. We talked about security guarantees. And the President made it clear that we will not accept any agreement if it is adopted without Ukraine. And we need the United States to provide security guarantees. We will never make decisions that are against Ukrainian interests. Negotiations are ongoing,” Yermak said.

He noted that this year's Munich conference was one of the most important security conferences in recent years, “during which a lot has really happened that may indicate the development of a plan to end the war.”

“The Ukrainian delegation brought to Germany the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian nation. And confidence in the future, even though we are a country at war,” said the head of the OP.

According to him, there was a really substantive conversation with U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg.

“Ukraine has clearly defined the red lines of its own interests. The conversation about the agreement on rare earth resources was filled with specifics, but it needs more time and ideas to be finalized,” Yermak said.

He noted that at every meeting, in every dialogue, the Ukrainian delegation defended the line that there can be no dialogue on European security without Ukraine and the EU.

“By the way, during a meeting with the Chinese Foreign Minister, I reminded him of Russia's attack on the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Moscow poses a nuclear threat to the world. We have new stages of negotiations ahead. And we will continue to stand by Ukraine's key interests - a just peace,” Yermak said.
