As part of the European Union Military Assistance Mission in support of Ukraine (EUMAM Ukraine), 30,000 Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel have completed training in Poland.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

“To date, 30,000 service members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have undergone training in Poland. The training program is constantly updated based on the latest combat experience,” the post reads, citing the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces.

The statement highlights that, thanks to these updates, instructors are working with the most current battlefield data — making them not just training facilitators but also a valuable source of tactical knowledge, techniques, and battlefield procedures.

The training of Ukrainian forces in Poland is part of the EU's broader mission to provide military support and enhance Ukraine's defense capabilities, the Ukrainian General Staff clarified.
