The Russian military aviation has fired twice at settlements in Sumy Region.
The relevant statement was made by the North Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“On May 8, 2022, the enemy aviation fired twice at settlements in Sumy Region,” the report states.

Reportedly, at about 05:40 p.m., Russia’s Su-30 aircraft launched a missile and air strike from the territory of the Russian Federation on three settlements in Sumy Region. No casualties were reported.
At about 07:00 p.m., the enemy launched another attack. According to the preliminary data, Russian troops fired from a Mi-24 helicopter at four more settlements in Sumy Region.
