Prosor referred to an interview, which was published on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, by Der Spiegel with Israeli-American historian Omer Bartov.
The schools under investigation are Columbia University, Northwestern University, Portland State University, The University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
The move would make it a criminal offense to engage with "Terrorgram" and it would help prevent children from getting caught up in far-right extremism.
The report recommended that the Stamford Board pursue censure rather than removing Figueroa from office because they would be faced with a steep legal battle.
“These findings paint a deeply concerning picture of what Jewish students are facing on campuses today,” said Adam Lehman, president and CEO of Hillel International.
The executive order particularly focused on school campuses, which it noted were particularly afflicted by the “unprecedented wave of vile antisemitic discrimination, vandalism, and violence.”
"Acts of vandalism of University buildings and attempts to harass and intimidate members of our community are unacceptable and abhorrent and will not be tolerated," the university said.
