Romania’s Competition Council has approved a transaction whereby Austria’s ALPLA Group, a world leader in the development, production and recycling of plastic packaging, acquires Wolf Plastics Verpackungen based in Austria and, indirectly, Wolf Plastics Ambalaje in Romania.
