The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the largest institutional investor in Romania and one of the longest-standing Banca Transilvania shareholders, has made a minority equity investment in Arobs Transilvania Software (AROBS.RO), the largest IT company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The group of IT firms Arobs Transilvania Software (stock symbol AROBS) has informed the capital market regarding the decision of the Board of Directors of April 18 regarding the increase of the share capital with the amount of up to RON17.4 million.
