CTP, Europe's largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics space, has leased over 1,800 square meters of warehouse and office space in CTPark Bucharest North to Hell Energy Romania, the local subsidiary of the FMCG brand.

CTP Group, the largest owner, developer and manager of industrial and logistics space in Continental Europe, has invested around EUR160 million in the expansion of CTPark Bucharest North, which will exceed 200,000 square meters by the end of the year, as a result of strong rental demand.

CTP, the largest developer and manager of Class A industrial and logistics space in Romania, continues the development of CTPark Bucharest North with new buildings with a total area of 95,000 square meters.
