CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has announced that Leroy Merlin Romania, one of the leading players in the local do-it-yourself (DIY) market, has leased 8,800 square meters within CTPark Bucharest West.
Fashion retailer LPP, owner of five well-known brands such as Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp and Sinsay, has leased 65,000 square meters of warehouse space in CTPark Bucharest West, the largest logistics park in Central and Eastern Europe serving regional markets.
Simtel Team (SMTL.RO), a Romanian engineering and technology company, said in a stock market report on Monday that it signed a framework contract with industrial and logistics space developer CTP Romania for the construction and installation of some 30,000 photovoltaic panels on multiple buildings within the CTPark Bucharest West industrial park.
Industrial park developer CTP is investing over EUR35 million in the construction of a new building within CTPark Bucharest West, and the new space will be rented out by Quehenberger Logistics, a firm that operates the logistics activity of Brico Depot Romania, a retailer held by Kingfisher Group.
