CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties, has leased out 3,600 square meters of production space at CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal to leading Asian EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) company Etron Technology.

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has leased 5,300 square meters of warehouse at CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal to HelpShip, a leading logistics solutions provider, part of logistics group euShipments.com.

Cargus, a major player in the local courier market, has signed with CTP, the largest listed developer and manager of industrial and logistics space in Continental Europe, a lease for 3,400 square meters of logistics space in the CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal project, the only industrial park in Romania with an air cargo terminal.
