Almost 47% of employees would want the four-day workweek and more than half want to come at least 3-4 days at the office, for leisure and social activities helping them be more productive, reveals a survey conducted by real estate developer Genesis Property in April-May 2025 among 1,012 respondents nationwide.

Employees have grown increasingly concerned about work-personal life balance and offices remain a central element in this sense, with more than half of them (55%) saying the ideal office must be zen, while 38% would like to have the “food truck” concept, with work options that are flexible, diverse and easy to personalize depending on needs, reveals a survey conducted among 1,175 respondents by Genesis Property nationwide.

Employees are starting to gradually adapt to the pre-pandemic work patterns, so that over 82% of them believe they would not have any problem working daily in the office should employers decide this in the future and even say they would adapt quite quickly, reveals a survey recently conducted by Genesis Property among 1,168 respondents countrywide.

Eight out of ten Gen Z employees spend their free time with their teammates, with social relationships in the office being a key factor for many of them in choosing or keeping a job, as per a survey conducted by Genesis Property among 1,247 respondents nationwide.

Modern concepts that combine work with urban life and provide easy access to co-working, co-living, socializing and wellbeing spaces would bring more balance between the professional and personal life for almost 26% of respondents, less time spent in traffic (21%) and more with friends and family (12.6%), as per a survey run by Genesis Property in October 2022 on 1,031 employees from all over the country.
