Monsson, a local developer of green power projects, and Prime Batteries have signed a memorandum of cooperation for the supply of 1070 MWh batteries manufactured in the plant of Cernica, which Monsson will use in its own projects in Romania and Europe.
Monsson, one of the largest developers of wind and solar projects in Romania, is to build a factory that makes and assembles components for the renewable energy industry near the former Petrila Mine this year.
Monsson, the main renewable energy project developer in Romania, controlled by businessman Emanuel Muntmark, has transferred to NEPI Rockcastle, Romania’s largest mall owner, a 50 MW photovoltaic park located in Chisineu-Cris area of Arad county.
Engineering and technology company Simtel Team has sealed a partnership with Monsson group, the largest renewable energy project developer in Romania and Southeast Europe, to build and sell photovoltaic or hybrid projects and energy storage facilities.
Enel Green Power Romania signed an agreement to develop a renewable energy project of more than 1,000 MW with Monsson Alma early in 2021, the representatives of the Monsson group say.
