Liviu Stoleru, former CEO of brick manufacturer Cemacon and former CEO of building materials holding ROCA Industry, has been appointed as CEO of Symmetrica, the main player on Romania pavers and curbs.

ROCA Industry (stock symbol: ROC1), a Romanian holding specializing in building materials production, has announced the appointment of Camelia Ene as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, starting January 2025, according to a press statement released on Jan. 22, 2025.

Romanian door maker Eco Euro Doors, held by Roca Industry (ROC1.RO), has a signed an agreement to buy 70% in interior door maker Workshop Doors, it said in a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Friday.

ROCA Industry (ROC1.RO), the building materials holding part of ROCA Investments, has approved the granting of RON2 million loan to its subsidiary, Eco Euro Doors (EED), which will also contract loans worth RON6 million from Raiffeisen Bank.

ROCA Industry, the building materials holding part of ROCA Investments, has announced its intention to acquire, via ECO EURO DOORS, part of the holding, a stake in interior door manufacturer Workship Doors, which owns two production units in Reghin and Petelea, Mures county.

Colorock13, the investment vehicle held by Roca Industry, will merge with Romanian paint and coatings producer Sarcom, a company it fully owns.

Bico Industries, a subsidiary of ROCA Industry, a holding company established by ROCA Investments under the name of Holdingrock1 at the Trade Register, is in advanced negotiations with SmartTech, a company incorporated and organized under the laws of Switzerland, for the acquisition of 77.5% in Iranga Technologijos in Lithuania for EUR4 million, ROCA Industry announced.

ROCA Industry, a holding company set up by ROCA Investments as Holdingorck1 with the Trade Register, announced that on June 29 Liviu Stoleru resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the company and member of the Board of Directors, with immediate effect.
