Romanian state-owned military equipment supplier Romarm and its subsidiary Electromecanica Ploiesti have signed a memorandum with U.S.-based defence contractor Raytheon Missiles & Defense to start manufacturing SkyCeptor interceptor missiles for Patriot air defense systems, said the economy ministry.
