Rompetrol Well Services (RRC.RO), one of the major suppliers of well services in Romania, reported a turnover of RON73.5 million for 2023, up 38.2% from 2022, as per the company's preliminary financial results published at the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Finnish-held investment fund KJK Balkan Holding, which owns 10.7% in Rompetrol Well Services (PTR.RO), has requested that two new items be put on the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 26, 2023.

Rompetrol Well Services (PTR.RO), the oil services division of Rompetrol Group, ended the first nine months of 2022 with a net profit of RON1.4 million, up 10.8% on the year, and a turnover of RON38.1 million, up 19.1% on the year, as per calculations by Ziarul Financiar (ZF) daily based on data from the company’s quarterly financial report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
