Nearly 41% of HR specialists in Romania support the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to make employees’ work easier and save time, compared to 35% of HR specialists in Greece, approximately 40% in Bulgaria and Hungary, and only 7% in Moldova, as per a study by Undelucram.ro, the largest online employee community in Romania.

Undelucram.ro, the largest online community of employees in Romania, has closed a financing round of EUR1 million and the funds will be used for further expansion in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Asia and Africa.

Half (53%) of employees expect their salaries to increase in 2023 and 40% plan to look for another job unless this happens in the context of rampant inflation, according to a survey conducted by Undelucram.ro, Romania’s largest online employee community.

The most sought-after positions, in terms of both jobs and reviews, on the Undelucram.ro platform are in the sectors of IT, retail, BPO, banking and Human Resources, according to Undelucram.ro data, the largest online community of employees in Romania.
