PPC Renewables, the subsidiary fully owned by PPC Group, has started the construction of a new wind power plant with an installed capacity of 140 MW, in the locality of Deleni, in Vaslui County.

Natural gas and electricity distribution company Delgaz Grid, a member of the E.ON Romania Group, has completed EUR37.2 million worth of upgrade works aimed at replacing high and medium voltage equipment at the transformation stations Husi, Stanilesti, Vetrisoaia, Falciu, Murgeni located in Vaslui County.

Grup Serban Holding (GSH.RO), a Romanian entrepreneurial company active in several fields in agriculture, said in a stock market report on Thursday (Feb 9) that it concluded a letter of intent for the entire acquisition of a company located in Vaslui County.

Delgaz Grid, German utility group E.ON's natural gas and electricity distribution company in Romania, has completed works aimed at replacing high and medium voltage equipment at the Stanilesti and Murgeni transformer stations located in Vaslui County.
