Kyiv comments on Putin's visit to Mariupol: “Criminal always returns to the crime scene”
Mykhailo Podolyak, the advisor to the head of the President's Office, commented on the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin, whom the International Criminal Court in The Hague suspects of war crimes, to the temporarily occupied Mariupol, Donetsk region.
