CinC Syrskyi discusses troop management reform with NATO Military Committee Chairman
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, met with the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, during his first visit to Ukraine to discuss the reform of the command and control system in the combat zone.
