DOJ Alum Kevin Muhlendorf Tapped To Police SEC As Inspector General Ahead of Trump’s Crypto Shift
The SEC has selected Kevin Muhlendorf, former DOJ attorney and past SEC senior counsel, to serve as inspector general from July 28. Chair Paul Atkins says his oversight background will support transparent operations as the agency crafts clearer crypto rules under its new task force.
