Pakistan and El Salvador have formed diplomatic ties with cryptocurrency cooperation at the core. Islamabad has planned a national Bitcoin reserve, a 2 GW mining allocation and a dedicated regulator, while San Salvador has continued state Bitcoin purchases under its IMF programme.
