Metaplanet to Issue Class B Shares via Third-Party Allotment
Metaplanet has approved a ¥21.2 billion Class B share issuance to advance its Bitcoin treasury model, strengthen capital and reserves, attract long-term institutional investors, and support preparations for a future public offering of the new share class.
