'Betraying its mission': Jewish authors challenge the Jewish Book Council on Zionism and Jewish representation

In an open letter to the Jewish Book Council, a group of anti- and non-Zionist Jewish writers accused it of 'narrowing its vision to a Zionist approach to Jewish culture.' JBC's head, on the other hand, says its role 'is not – and never will be – to enforce consensus'
