Council of Europe urges Ukraine to strengthen protection of Roma and LGBTI people against discrimination
The Council of Europe’s European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) has recognised Ukraine’s progress in promoting equality while calling for better protection for Roma and LGBTI people and more effective action against hate crimes.
