Finland to provide Ukraine with ten locomotives, additional winter aid – PM
Finland will provide Ukraine with ten locomotives to help maintain railway services following Russian attacks, allocate EUR 5 million to support the energy sector, and provide an additional EUR 2 million in humanitarian aid to help the country prepare for winter.
