General Staff confirms strike on Yelets plant producing batteries for aerial bombs and Iskander-M missiles
On October 25 and during the night of October 26, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the “Energia” plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, Russian Federation, which manufactures power sources for aerial bombs, sea-based cruise missiles, and “Iskander-M” operational-tactical missile systems.
