Ceasefire in Oleshky being fully observed, Lubinets says
The ceasefire in the temporarily Russian-occupied town of Oleshky in the Kherson region is being fully observed, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets has said.
