Ukraine may return to nighttime lights-out measures due to new Russian drones – 'Flash'
If Russia begins mass deployment of the Susanin optical navigation module on the Geran-5 jet-powered attack drone and other UAVs at night, Ukraine may have to reconsider measures to limit nighttime lighting.
