SBU detains driver suspected of directing Russian attacks on Kyiv' regions thermal power plants
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) counterintelligence officers have detained a logistics company driver in the Kyiv region suspected of helping direct Russian strikes on local energy facilities at the direction of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB).
