Russian attacks leave consumers without power in Kyiv and four regions – Ukrenergo
As of the morning of October 30, consumers in Kyiv and four regions were left without electricity due to Russian attacks. Power consumption restrictions of up to 2.5 scheduled outage slots are in effect in parts of Ukraine.
