Russian attack hits energy infrastructure in 10 regions – Energy Ministry
Russia's large-scale missile and drone attack targeted power plants, substations and combined heat and power plants (CHPs) across 10 Ukrainian regions. Emergency power outages were introduced in Kyiv and six regions as a result of the damage.
