Russia sending migrants, asylum seekers, convicts to fight in Ukraine – UN expert
The Russian Federation is actively recruiting representatives of indigenous peoples, migrants, asylum seekers and convicts to fight in its war against Ukraine, Mariana Katzarova, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Russia, has said.
