Five suspects in Carthage case notified of charges, including senior SBU and National Police officials
Detectives from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) have notified five alleged members of a criminal organization of suspicion. The organization was exposed the previous day as part of Operation Carthage.
