Gro’s data, analytics, and forecasting models inform companies involved in the agricultural supply chain and organizations impacted by climate change. Menker has served on various advisory bodies, including the CFTC’s Climate-Related Market Risk Subcommittee, and is currently a member of the UN Secretary-General’s High-Level Advisory Group (HLAG) on Climate Action. Prior to founding Gro, Menker was in Morgan Stanley’s commodities group, where she managed an options trading portfolio. She was named a Global Young Leader by the World Economic Forum, and is a fellow of the Aspen Institute as well as a trustee of the Mandela Institute For Development Studies (MINDS).
