Credit Europe Bank has completed the merger process with the Dutch parent bank Credit Europe Bank N.V. and starting January 1 operates in Romania as a branch of the Dutch bank, under the name of Credit Europe Bank N.V. Amsterdam Sucursala Bucuresti.
