Unibank announces subordinated bonds issue equal to USD 10 million. The annual coupon rate is 6.25%, the maturity of the bonds - 7 years. The coupon income will be paid quarterly.   Unibank became the first bank in Armenia to issue subordinated bonds. The minimum bond purchase amount is USD 10.000 that may be acquired at Unibank head office or its branches.  The placement of the issue is planned to be completed by February 24, 2025, after that subordinated bonds will be listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange. Unibank has been one of the most active participants in the securities market since 2016. At the AMX AWARDS 2024, the bank was recognized as the best in two nominations: “Best Equity Issuer on the Exchange” and “Best in Secondary Equity Market”. Unibank and Visa are implementing a new joint campaign, within the framework of which valuable gifts will be raffled off among the bank's cardholders. The main prize of the campaign is a 7-day trip to Tunisia for two.
