A Pennsylvania ammo plant that makes a key artillery shell in Ukraine’s fight against Russia has managed to boost production by 50% to meet surging demand.
"It flies like a dream," ACC head Gen. Kenneth Wilsbach said of the new EA-37B Compass Call, a heavily adapted Gulfstream jet that will replace the EC-130.
A service committee deliberated for ten months before recommending the plane, though government approval is still required before a contract can be signed.
