Interpork Plus, which sells meat and meat products and is part of the Carmistin Group, owned by the Paraschiv family, posted RON262.9 million (EUR52.1 million) revenue in 2025, down about 36.6% from the previous year’s RON414.6 million (EUR83.3 million), according to ZF calculations based on Finance Ministry data.
Carmistin Group, one of the largest players in the food industry and mostly on the meat market, has reached a total 3,675 employees in April 2024, in line with data provided by company representatives.
Simtel Team (SMTL.RO), a Romanian engineering and technology company, announced on Friday (June 24) the signing of a partnership with Axell Green Energy, part of the Carmistin Group, one of the largest players in the agri-food market in Romania, which aims to build and install photovoltaic power plants for some of the group’s locations.
