Romstal, one of Romania's leading distributors of construction installation equipment, has expanded its logistics capacity by 24,400 square meters leased in CTPark Bucharest South, an industrial and logistics park developed in southern Bucharest by industrial and logistics space developer CTP.

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area, has announced that Fabi Total Grup, a Romanian company specialized in the production of cleaning agents and the storage of professional cleaning products, has leased approximately 4,700 square meters within CTPark Bucharest South, located in Popesti-Leordeni, in southern Bucharest.
