
Faurecia Romania, the local subsidiary of French automotive component giant Faurecia, ended 2025 with a turnover of RON1.344 billion (EUR266.7 million), down 11.3% from RON1.516 billion (EUR304.8 million) reported in 2024, in line with calculations by Ziarul Financiar (ZF) based on finance ministry data. The company reported a net profit of RON43.8 million (EUR8.7 million) in 2025, up 18.5% from net gain of RON37 million (EUR7.4 million) reported in 2024, as per public data. Faurecia had an average number of 1,311 employees in 2025, 933 fewer people than in 2024. Faurecia has been operating in Romania since 2003. Faurecia Romania has factories in the localities of Talmaciu (car seats), Craiova (emission control systems), Mioveni (interior systems), Budesti, near Ramnicu Valcea (car seats) and Cateasca, Arges County (interior systems).
