Tatika Investments Limited, a company registered in Cyprus, has acquired full control of Grand Plaza Hotel S.A. in Bucharest after buying the 25% stake held by Tresela Investments Limited, according to a decision unanimously adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting toward the end of last year, as shown by data from the Official Gazette.
