The Board of Directors of Impact Developer & Contractor (IMP.RO), a real estate developer controlled by entrepreneur Gheorghe Iaciu, has decided to increase its share capital through a private placement on the stock exchange, offering for subscription a maximum of 350 million shares at a price of RON0.7 per unit.

Danielis Star Company SRL, a firm fully owned by businessman Daniel Pandele, bought on December 10 a total 1.7 million shares in real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor (IMP.RO) at a price of RON0.695 per unit, per a stock market report released Monday.

Impact Developer & Contractor, the real estate developer controlled by entrepreneur Gheorghe Iaciu, took out a EUR4.2 million loan from Garanti Bank, due in June 2024, to secure working capital.
