Foraj Sonde Videle, a company listed on the AeRO market of BVB, on September 25 completed the acquisition of 100% of share capital of Raffles Energy (UK) Ltd, a British holding that owns Raffles Energy S.R.L. and Zenith Resources S.R.L., two Romanian companies active in the energy sector.
