Mineral Proiect Invest, a company controlled by Bilteanu family and having Petru Vaduva, Tiriac Holding CEO, among its indirect shareholders, has obtained the Concession License for the exploitation of magnesian rock resources (magnesian serpentines) within the Valea Dobra perimeter, Sibiu County. The license was approved under Order No. 529 of September 3, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No. 754 of September 7, 2026.

Electroalfa International (EAI), a leading player on the electrical equipment market, has completed the acquisition of Solar Technologies Consulting, a company that holds the rights and authorizations necessary for the development of an electricity storage facility (BESS – Battery Energy Storage System), with an installed capacity of approximately 52 MW, the project being located in Şelimbăr, Sibiu County.

Germany’s Rehau Group, a provider of solutions for windows, building and furniture and automotive, has started construction works on a regional hub in Sibiu County (central Romania) worth approximately EUR10 million.
