Alternative investment firm Lion Capital (LION), formerly SIF Banat-Crisana, reportedly purchased the 10.9 million Banca Transilvania shares sold by the EBRD on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on July 8, for RON414 million, sources told ZF.
Safetech Innovations (SAFE.RO), a Romanian cybersecurity business listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, posted RON25.7 million consolidated revenue in the first half of 2026, up 34%, and RON8.5 million net profit, a 53% increase compared with the first half of 2025.
