Property investments in Romania stood at nearly EUR900 million in 2020, accounting for 8.5% of the total investment volume in the six largest countries in Central and Eastern Europe, according to Collier's CEE Investment Scene Q1-Q4 2020 report.

Rondocarton, part of Austria’s Rondo Ganahl, the largest corrugated cardboard manufacturer in Romania, made EUR12.5 million investments last year, mainly in upgrading and automating its plants in Apahida, Cluj and Targoviste, Dambovita.
